Images of My Work, A Great Piece of Architecture & A Beautiful Photograph

My Work :

This is one of my work during the first year of my interior design diploma. It was one of the rendered section of a cafeteria. With the downlighting and a mix of modern touch and homey feeling = the scenery above. Trying not to make it too unsophisticated or too modern but blending both concepts into one.

The Transcendent Piece of Architecture :

Its by J.Mayer H. Architects from German. Smooth, fluid and never ending whiteness of the exterior flows surrounding the building that gives the impression of being spilled on the lawn. And who says minimalist is boring. Ludwig Mies Van der Rohe is surely to be appreciated for the quote "Less Is More" and this speaks truly in today's minimalist design which is favored not only by designers. I'm not just saying only buildings and interiors, it also includes decorations, webdesign, clothes, and so much more. In today's stressful everyday living, there is a call for uncluttered design that brings harmony to the tired senses.

A Beautiful Photograph :

A photograph taken on my aunty's birthday. We celebrated her birthday at home and i love this particular shot because as you can see my nieces eyes are fill with joy and full of hope to do something fishy and those cheeky grin it's a sign of time to make a mess. Its a very memorable candid shot taken few years back and as now i'm so far away from home and i miss my family every now and then, it makes this picture even more beautiful as it seems. The hidden joy, love and laughter in a photograph. The captured moment makes me smile every time i glance at it.
